Beginning on October 10, and continuing on the second Sunday of every month, you are invited to join us from 9:00 - 9:30 a.m. in the adult meeting room next to the choir room. There will be a short presentation of a spiritual practice you can try during the month. Led by Vinita Wright and other members of our congregation, these sessions will provide some "soul sustenance" through various practices designed to enhance your spiritual journey. A simple handout will come with each session. Whether writing your own psalm or doing "walking prayer" or various other practices, you can enjoy an opportunity to broaden and deepen your faith in daily life. And we can try it together!
